My mission is to revolutionize the way the world engages with itself. Whether I’m working with an individual, a group within an organization, or an entire company, my goal is to inspire people to personal and professional success and to help them to remove all the challenges in the way of that goal. When people deeply connect with themselves, their purpose, their gifts and talents—with everything that is ‘right’ with them—then they dramatically increase the possibility of turning their latent potential into performance. I connect with my audience in several distinct, yet related ways. As the featured keynote for audiences from 100 to 1000, I am responsible for setting the stage for the success of an organization’s event. I speak regularly in a multitude of industries: High Tech, Banking, Hospitality, Automobile and Retail, as well as Civic and Non-Profit groups. Although my message is relevant and timely for both men and women, I have become very well known for my success at addressing women’s conferences and other events. For over eighteen years I have facilitated day-long conferences as well as multi-day retreats up to a week long. These venues provide me with the chance to not only introduce the concepts necessary for people to personally and professionally empower themselves, but to actually roll up my sleeves and help them to ‘get it done.’ Women. Courage. Leadership.™ is a three-day retreat that I currently bring in-house to organizations as well as facilitate independently to public audiences. It is, perhaps, one of my favorite pieces of work because it is hands-on, it changes lives and it has proven to be sustainable over time. I am presently in the initial stages of planning a three-hundred person event for September 2008 which will introduce the concepts of the retreat in a more manageable timeframe. I have had a thriving coaching practice for fifteen years, way before the general public knew what coaching was. I work with individuals, both men and women, from C level to administrative assistants. All of my coaching clients are seeking the same thing: they want to start "Turning What If… Into What Is, because good enough simply isn't good enough anymore Furthermore, I have recently organized some group coaching as well as a tele-seminar series, both with the intention of broadening my reach and impacting larger audiences.
Lastly, I have done a moderate amount of corporate consulting, leadership development training and team building with groups of up to one-hundred people at a time. These half and full day events allow me to leave my clients with concepts and practical tools to improve the way they engage with themselves, one another, their management and their end user—the customer. |
